Sun Dried Ethiopia Shakiso
Ethiopia Shakiso showed up on the scoop bar at the Roastery in early November 2016. It is a component coffee of the Roastery-exclusive coffee, Pantheon Blend III.
The card itself is a beautiful blue and red coffee cherry design. The blue of the card represents the water of a washing station and the red dots are coffee cherries.
This coffee is sourced from the same region of Ethiopia as the recently released Reserve Ethiopia Guji. Starbucks partner Patrek at the Roastery tells me that this area produces a lot of coffees with currant and raisin flavor notes. You can see the word "Guji" on the burlap sack for this Shakiso:
