Burundi Procasta arrived on the scoop bar at the Roastery on June 6, 2016.
I was at the Roastery on May 29, 2016, and watched Roaster Mikey roasting a few batches of it for the China Asia Pacific market. My friend Jocelyn was with me taking photos too. Her pictures below walk you through the experience of seeing it roasted at the Roastery.
This was originally planned as the February 2016 Reserve Subscription coffee, however for some reason, Starbucks roasted Rwanda Abakundakawa as the February subscription coffee.
