Guatemala Danilandia Estate - Gesha varietal
In early October, around October 5th or 6th, the Seattle Reserve Roastery launched the Guatemala Danilandia Estate coffee. This is a Roastery exclusive coffee. I hear that this micro lot coffee is grown at a high elevation (5000 feet) and it goes through a processing that involves both washing and sun drying the coffee.
