Pantheon Blend Vintage 2017 (With video of Leslie Wolford talking about this coffee)
Pantheon Blend Vintage 2017 officially launched on September 19, 2017. This is exclusive to the Seattle Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room. It's a blend of Costa Rica Hacienda Alsacia, a El Salvador Pacamara coffee and Colombia Cauca. You can easily spot the Pacamara beans in the blend as they're huge - significantly larger in size than the other two.
There's a two minute video below with Leslie Wolford talking about this coffee. I love her descriptions of sweet dark chocolate, toasted almond and graham cracker. She is great to listen to! She is the lead Starbucks developer of Reserve coffees, including Reserve Blends like this one.
