Paradeisi No. II
June 27, 2016 marks the introduction of Paradeisi No. II at the Roastery. It comes a little early this year, as last year Paradeisi No. I was introduced in September.
This year's Paradeisi Blend includes coffee components from all 3 growing regions. It's sort of the Roastery's own '3 Region Blend'.
The Latin American component is Colombia Cafe Mujeres.
The African component is Uganda Sipi Falls.
The Indonesian component is Papua New Guinea Luoka.
All of the three component coffees are fully washed coffees.
The tasting notes for this coffee are citrus fruit and caramel, and with floral aromatics. The design of the card for Paradeisi No. II is inspired by lush palm trees and sparkling waters on the islands of Rhodes, Greece.
Look for this to be a medium acidity, medium body coffee.
