Gravitas Blend No. 1
Gravitas Blend No. 1 holds a special place in my heart. It was just such a great coffee. This Roastery-exclusive coffee was introduced on May 7, 2015, replacing Pantheon Blend. On September 8, 2015, Gravitas abruptly ended, replaced the Roastery-exclusive blend Paradeisi.
Gravitas Blend was a dark roast coffee. I recall several times hearing people say that Gravitas was in part in homage to the legacy of Starbucks: bringing dark roast coffee to kitchens everywhere. It was complex, low acidity, smooth, and one of my favorites.
